CBs, TS, RN, turbulence on arrival to Frankfurt's big international airport. ATC scrambles to accommodate all the avoids, maintain separation and still guide everyone to final. Lots of flights were held at their departure airports this day due to congestion.

Just a few times, I've had reason to land over London at night in clear weather. It is a fantastic experience. The GoPro camera's low-light capture is not very good, but playing this at 720p will help a little.
DA42-VI IFR Landing Avignon Caumont (LFMV) "VPT" for R35

With northerly surface wind, the approach to LFMV is the ILS for 17 then VPT for 35. "VPT" is Visual manouevering with prescribed track. It's a circle-to-land with a more exact track to follow once you break off from the ILS final.

North to south over the Alps at FL 160 on a beautiful day. Nonetheless, IFR to a vectored arrival and then ILS for 04R at Marco Polo International.

Landing in IMC (low clouds), catching the lights right at minimums. DA42-VI with the G1000 avionics and integrated GFC 700 autopilot. This AP is ILS coupled and authorized down to 200ft AGL for approach and departure, so my minimums are not lower than 250ft AGL.

Milan Linate had its characteristic fog, but it lifted just enough for us to land. We broke through about 75 feet above minimums.

This flight started VFR from Inverness (EGPE) so that we could fly low and slow along Loch Ness, Loch Lochy and Loch Linnhe all the way to Islay before we ascended to start our IFR routing to Biggin Hill.     Don't ever fly with anybody who does it read their procedures off a checklist? They're just doing it from their memory because that person is very error yet

    Thank you very much for sharing. One thing is reading about required landing speed but actually seeing it makes much more expression. It is also good to see an very experienced pilot correct the situation. It's no shame to go around.

    jauntry17, absolutely outstanding way of flying you do! I wish I could join you on one of those flights and just observe :) When I was flying GA, the dreams glided to Airlines and now... I am back there. I would love to fly like you do here. Thanks for motivation!

    Very nice videos. Both diamond da42 and 62 are marvelous planes. At 10:19 its not Alverca (LPAR) but Ota (LPOT). Its a military airbase. My grandfather flew F86-Sabre out of that base around the 1960s

    guter Herr "jaunty17".... aber ich hoffe, dass Sie Ihre vor 4 Jahren gemachten Erklärungen/Einschätzungen inzwischen ein wenig überdacht/revidiert haben. / Der Begriff "best use of equippment" ist mir noch aus eigener Ausbildung bekannt... // Aber gerne hätte ich Ihnen mal den AP rausgenommen + dann geschaut, wie weit Sie noch "ahead of the plane" gewesen wären und welche "Zusatzfehlerchen" (die Sie damals eh nicht wahrhaben wollten) wie z.B. sero checklist work done sich dann zusätzlich noch eingeschlichen hätten. // In meinen Augen wäre dieser Flug eine "2M OPS-Sache" gewesen / MFG
